Release All Tension
Exercise in English to slowly release all unnecessary tension in muscles. This is a training-exercise. You can start doing this exercise for 10 min, if you are still to restless in mind or body. Later you can extend it further.
If you are tensed allready for a long time it’s good to take another amount of time to unrelease this tension. Their is no quick way. Repeat this exercise 2 or 3 time a week. Or daily if you feel like it.
